This was such a surprising and welcome find in the small town of Windsor! I was in town just for the weekend for a family wedding and was getting my makeup done across the street at Sage salon. I spotted Carrots N Dates and decided to take the opportunity to run across the way and get something green often hard to do when traveling. Absolutely adorable inside, good menu with vegan and gluten free options. No added weird sugary stuff, all natural and exactly what I needed. I had the power green shake and bought a couple cold pressed juices to take with me. They also have a kid's menu woo hoo! Highly recommend!!!
Been here a couple times for lunch/dinner and the speed of service is extremely slow. Ordered two wrap combos and it took over an hour to get served. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience as the prices are high and quality of food is subpar. I've noticed this restaurant prioritizes its takeout orders over their dine in orders. Most likely never going back for another miserable dining experience. Look elsewhere.
Ate lunch today. Great service. Ordered Pad Thai and Coconut curry. Both were delicious. Coffee and green smoothie were great too. Picked up some baked goods on the way out. Couldn't say enough good things about this plant powered restaurant. Would highly recommend if you are vegetarians/vegan/plant based if you are visiting Windsor area.
Visited this place after 3 months, been regularly visiting last few years including the old location. Today was different, the wrap was cold, the peanut coconut curry bowl didn't have any special taste to it, the display was mediocre as well. Disappointed today. Will give it another try hopefully it's a better experience next time.
