Product was not as advertised. I ordered two of the California Benedicts and they intentionally put 1 instead of 2 slices of bacon on each plate. I say intentionally because I cannot imagine a reality in which they could forget. Plus, the bacon isn't fresh- it's chewy.Flavor is alright, but you can tell the chefs don't really care. Definitely not worth the $30 I paid for both dishes.I will change my review if I ever decide to order from here again and if they deliver their products as advertised.Restaurants: Don't let one bacon slice hamper your reviews!
The service was excellent, and the food was quite good. Carrows reminds me of United Airlines; it consistently offers slightly above-average food and good service. The restaurant is always clean. To me, most breakfast dishes taste quite similar—over-hard eggs and hash browns can only be varied so much, and the English muffin is generally the same. The atmosphere is pleasant, and in a way, Carrows feels like Cheers, where everyone knows your name.
I gave this place 3 stars previously because the steak I had here was kinda' old and really tough to eat, cut through, and gnaw on. Their breakfast tastes MUCH better in subsequent visits. Although today, it DID give me some stomach pains. Too much coffee? Don't know, but I've been here several times, and this is a first.Honestly, the service through and through has always been good. They are on top with filling your coffee.
So I came to grab me hubby breakfast and the potato pancakes waa burnt and thin. I'm a regular but today they choose to tell me me this us how they make them now and it wasn't like this 2 weeks ago. Gotta find another breakfast spot since I was told that and let me get them to make it so it's not burnt. Smh. Customer Service is really not that hard if it Genuine.

The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff is always attentive, respectful, and quick to meet the needs of customers. This is a great venue for business meetings and for meeting potential clients, especially if you're accommodating groups.
Went to this location to scout out a potential place to bring a large group of Santa's. Service was so bad for us we decided to pass on reserving their side room. Not sure Service is better at 11 am so decided not to subject our group to bad service.
Carrow's has been in this place this spot in Cerritos for many many years. It usually has a very homely atmosphere and the food is good and you leave their feeling like you left your grandmother's kitchen for the most part.
Good service and family friendly diner. It was just invonvenient having to send food back to get fully cooked. Server was very kind and understanding. It's not tpp different from any other diner.

Fast, friendly service. It reminded me of the restaurant named Waffle House but much bigger. The food I have ordered had all tasted delicious and served with a smile. ?
It was not what we expected. My food didn't look inviting at all. Well I remember it before an it's nothing at all like it use to be. I won't be going back there.
