I was eating with my family. The fried pizza dough with pesto and tomato sauce tastes great. I had prepared Paccheri alla Carbonara with real Guanciale and with the original recipe, it was really very fine. My friend had the Ravioli who were great. My little one had a pizza that, in my opinion, could be crispy, that's why it's just 4 stars. It is a super kitchen there and I will definitely go back to dinner when I'm back in Schweinfurt and can really recommend it. The service was very nice. P.S. It is constructive criticism is not mean evil because of the pizza. You're doing great!
Very good location, with very friendly staff and very good pizzas. Lightly elevated price levels, but worth every cent. If you order a pizza with garlic, unfortunately you only get garlic oil. In my opinion, an unfit that is getting through everywhere. similar if you want to sharpen something) But I was told that they also had fresh garlic.... good to know for next time. We'll be back. Ps: two days later, and on the pizza was real freshly cut garlic! But the pasta can also be seen!
Again here at Caruso and today we have eaten well. The full-grain pizza a good experience, tastefully very good, easy to get too sharp and slightly small. The linguins with seafood have tasted us very well, noodles to the point, the seafood well tasted. In total we have eaten well, the boss friendly, the price is still within the frame for the portion sizes.
Unfriendly operation. We asked quite normally whether the restaurant still has open then we got an employee, "hold your mouth". We told another employee who only meant that he was in Germany for two days. In my opinion, no reason to say that to customers. Very bad was very appealing from outside. I wouldn't want to eat there.

Der absolut beste Italiener in Schweinfurt. Super leckere Pizza, selbstgemachte Pasta, alle Lebensmittel von sehr guter Qualität, tolle Vorspeisen und Desserts. Dazu kommt noch ein zuvorkommender, toller und herzlicher Service. Absolute Empfehlung!
