We are long time Carvel fans and we recently moved here from Brooklyn. After visiting this place a couple times i am bummed about how disgusting their customer service is. I initially was ignoring it but could not stop myself from writing this review now that my sister went to this place alone yesterday. July 19th (National Ice Cream day) she recieved no deal. She bought a small shake and a Junior ice cream. She was given a half melted cone and was asked if she's okay with it. I do not expect a franchise like Carvel to behave in such a way. If i have to drive to BK to get myself a nice Carvel cake, i honestly wouldnt mind taking the trip.
Ordered a small ice cream and the guy behind the counter gave a cup with way too much ice cream. When we told him it was too much he took it back and proceeded to take almost all of the ice cream out, put the sprinkles we ordered on top and closed the lid. We were about to tell him to fix it again but people came in and started ordering
A couple of time we went there and they have a big sign CASH only, like really?.. I told my kids we were gonna get ice cream and to find out that they don't take credit/debit cards.. so annoying and they don't have happy faces when you bring a coupon..place besides been overpriced is very inconvenient.. thumbs down big time
The ice cream here is outstanding—it's creamy and incredibly tasty! I made the most of their buy one, get one free sundae deal and ended up paying just $5.75 with tax for two small sundaes. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get expensive if you don't have a coupon.

The quality of their ice cream is top notch. It is creamy and delicious! I got a by 1 get 1 free sundae in the circular and ended up paying 5.75 with tax for 2 small sundae. The only reason they get 4 and not 5 stars is because they can be pricey if you don't have a coupn.

The restaurant offers excellent service, a diverse range of cakes, and delightful aromas. Additionally, their impressive handwriting makes the writing on the cakes look incredible!
Loved Carvel since I was a kid. Great service great hours. Wonderful staff and just great Ice Cream. Must have there Vanilla hard scooped great taste.

Nothing compares to Carvel's soft ice cream...so fresh, so tasty, so good ! Don't forget their cakes and Flying Saucers either.
I recommend avoiding this restaurant, as they make milkshakes with soft serve ice cream and an excessive amount of milk.
