I’ve loved Carvel for over 8 years! Vanessa and the entire staff are incredibly kind and professional, and the place is always spotless. Vanessa has been creating beautiful cakes for my son since he was just one year old. I always get all my orders here, and the turnaround time is quick—definitely less than 48 hours, unlike some other bakeries. Here are just a few pictures.
Wow, you're going to have a fantastic time at Carvel. We ordered two small cones with sprinkles while picking up an ice cream cake. The flavor remains as rich and creamy as we remember. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and eager to satisfy even the most particular customers. Be sure to check out Carvel's menu for a variety of delicious options.
This place offers amazing ice cream and ice cream cakes! This Carvel has been a beloved spot for a long time; my mother brought me here as a child, and her mother also brought her when she was young. This Carvel location does not provide good value for your money. When I raised my concerns with the employee, he responded in a disrespectful manner. The customer service here is significantly lacking. I will be reporting this issue to the appropriate authorities.

The staff has changed, and so has the service. The new team seems to serve smaller portions. Overall, the experience is just average. On the bright side, the soft serve still tastes as delicious as always.
