this is always a decent carvel, we have got many good cakes from here. I never had really important problems with the cakes from here. my sil has my birthday cake from here two weeks ago! my only question is with the price. I know that milk is expensive, but $45 for a cake that feeds 8 people? it seems to be a little overpriced. also the size of the cake seems to be somewhat smaller. or is that just me? quality of the cakes also seem pretty good. carvel tastes over hahaha! I had a yen for an ice cream cone, pumpkin to be clear but it wasn't to be in this particular Carvel. So I settled for vanilla. While eating the cone, I noticed all the bad reviews this place has received. Most of the bad ones were when customers ordered a particular type of cake, be it an anniversary or birthday cake. The man behind the counter seemed tolerant but all I ordered was a vanilla cone out of the machine. Can't mess that up real bad. Price a bit high for a medium cone.
The owner is miserable and clearly does not want to deal with this town. On BOGO Wednesday’s he wants more for anything other than soft serve vanilla or chocolate sundaes even though he has a second machine with other flavors. The prices for soft serve are higher than the local homemade ice cream in the area. Just boycott this guy and give him his wish of closing.
Says on the website as well as on the front of the store that it opens at 11 am. It's after 11 am and the door is locked and dark and I don't see any people inside. I came to get my free birthday cone for my birthday that is only valid through Thursday.

The packaging was much better this time; my quart was clean and not overflowing like before, which I really appreciated. I’d prefer a little less ice cream if it means the container stays clean. Thanks to the meticulous worker!
You can’t really mess up ice cream, but the service was terrible. There were 2 people ahead of me that both walked out, and I had to yell for someone in the back to get served.
I've been living on carvel as a kid and the pistachio ice cream is food coloring like I expect more of carvel then food coloring
They quickly called me when the item I wanted was unavailable and offered me alternative options.
