Carvel - Reserva de mesa

My whole family loves this store. They always take care of us, they have a great variety of flavors, both soft serve and regular, and all the ice cream is made in the store. We have a child with a peanut/tree nut allergy, and they always will get his toppings from a fresh container to make sure they are allergen free. We can't recommend them enough, and are glad they are in our neighborhood!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. I ordered some ice cream, but the server mistakenly added the wrong topping. When I pointed out the error, she was unhelpful and dismissive. I've been a customer for years, but after this incident, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this place, as the staff were very rude.

I think they have better ice cream then the other Carvel?s in new Rochelle however they handed me a cup half full. The girl was nice and filled it up with ice cream when I asked but I couldn?t help but feel a little fat shamed here unless they normally only fill stuff half way. Wish I could add the pictures of how low it was on here.

Poor customer service went and ordered my ice creams girl made a mistake gave me wrong topping told her she kept saying that's what I ordered did not want to help me did not want to change it been going there for years will never go there again don't recommend very nasty customer service work it was very rude Reserva una mesa ahora

This is definitely the best Carvel in my area! I've only had one instance where the ice cream tasted a bit watered down. Otherwise, it's always thick, rich, and creamy. I actually pass three other Carvel locations just to bring my kids here for ice cream. Plus, the staff is always incredibly friendly!

Absolutely awful. I spent $22 on three so-called "thick shakes," but they were all very watery. The woman hardly put any ice cream in them and just filled the cups with milk. I could have gotten better shakes at McDonald's for half the price. Total waste of money. Avoid this place!!!

I stopped by to satisfy a late-night sweet craving. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly while I was trying to make my decision. Despite the line, we were served quickly. I eventually chose a mix of cookies and cream and Snickers ice cream, and both flavors were delicious!

I love Carvel more than Baskin-Robbins! The flavors have a unique taste and texture that I really enjoy. On Wednesdays, they offer a free sundae with the purchase of an original delicious sundae. It's a great deal! Reserva una mesa ahora

I go there all the time with my friends. It?s a great place, you have a lot of different flavors to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend enough!!

It was delicious! I ordered the churros with caramel and vanilla ice cream, topped with white chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream.
