Carvel - Reservar una mesa

lost a 30-year customer plus other customers related. I came as close as they closed. I would not be able to make a purchase, I tried to get the attention of employees and owners to ask a question. they deliberately ignored me. the level of ease and customer service has changed definitiw. every time I'm in town, I make several visits at this place because it was a childish favorite. I will not come back. 3 stars on the basis of a memory and an experience.

Hate this place now! I bought a whole milk shake 7 dollars I dropped it by accident because my cousin bumped into me. I go back to the store ask for a refund or another shake and they said I had to pay the whole thing again. Ugh! I’m so mad and sad 7 dollars down the drain

My experience at Carvel's was a positive one .The young lady that served me was professional and pleasant. The ice cream was fresh and tasty as ALWAYS! However, I was disappointed that the Egg nog flavored ice cream wont be out until next month.

the customer service is terrible. they never have the aromes, the carvel features on their website. probably the worst carvel I was on.
