I was there today 8/24/24 with 8 people @8:12pm I asked about getting carvelanch! The rude girl working said hmm I just cleaned it if you want it to taste like clorax I 'm not making any. I replied really? It 's only 8:12 she said hmm. Yeah so I walked out where my 8 people were meeting me and said forget it!!! I told the girl I was calling store to tell her boss she replied yeah ok you have a good night I said the same and she replied Oh I will I will never go back, I 'll be calling owner in the am and I will tell everyone I know to stop going there. That was ridiculous. I drove up to Maureen 's in nanticoke 10 minutes before closing and she made all if us what we wanted!!! From now on it M...
While the ice cream tastes great but this store is absolutely filthy. It looks like only windows and tables are wiped down so it makes me cringe to think about how often the machines may be cleaned. The newer staff are horrible. They are teens with bad attitudes, ignore you, make sloppy sundaes and do nothing if no one is ordering (like...please really...clean the store. There are some older staff that are great, friendly and even remember our normal orders.
Great selection of cakes and ice cream, prices are all fair. The girl was even nice enough to ask if I wanted her to write anything on the cake. I wasn’t even thinking of that but thankfully she asked! She wrote on the cake and I bought the candles right there with it! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Went to pick out a cake for my wife and viewed two cakes both had human hair visible on them . Not one employee came to speak to me very rude could see them standing out back . I wouldn’t recommend this place

This is a great little place. I was dying for a hot fudge sundae with soft ice cream. So where else do you go at 2 in the afternoon.

I chose the cherry vanilla ice cream in a cup, and it was absolutely delightful! I can't wait to go back.
