Never eating here again. As a person who has lived here for over 20 years and have been a loyal customer at carvel for over a decade, the new staff that have worked here have the worst attitude possible. They fill half the ice cream up and put barely any ice cream in the cup and it isn?t worth $5 for literally nothing. Not to mention that they have no common curtesy and they fool around too much. They mess around with each other and joke around instead of working and doing
The restaurant features a spacious layout that ensures social distancing and keeps the number of customers inside to a minimum. Carvel is straightforward, and you know exactly what to expect from their offerings. I give it five stars for its friendly service and adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols.
I love this place. My daughter always wants a Jr cup with vanilla ice cream with rainbow ???? sprinkles... the young girl there with the blond hair and wonderful personality is swift and effective when she's serving. Excellent customer service younglady!!

My favorite Carvel to go to. They go heavy on the toppings, and the staff is genuinely cool.
I have always appreciated the friendly service at this restaurant since the 1960s.
