I’m truly disappointed that I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who assisted me. When I inquired about coconut, he informed me that they only had coconut and not coconut ice cream. However, this young man went above and beyond! He not only provided me with coconut grass and vanilla ice cream but also added some extra coconut pieces that I had requested. He even apologized for being a bit generous, saying there’s no such thing as too much! He was fairly tall, probably around 5'10" to 6'0", and had curly hair. I've been going to this restaurant in Levittown for many years. It's managed by a lovely family that adds a special touch to the place. The restaurant is always clean, and the cake is always fresh. While I can't speak for everyone, for my family and me, the Carvel on Gardiners Ave, close to the Levittown Post Office, is simply the best.
Thick milkshakes, YES!! There are some new people learning, but the owner is set on giving his customers the best. The cakes flying saucers are generously proportioned too! Everything is fresh I am always greeted with a smile can I help you . I have 3 shops a little closer to my home, but I go to Levittown , so worth the trip!!
I highly recommend this restaurant! My husband and I stopped by for some ice cream, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. One team member, in particular, went above and beyond by giving me two cups for my melting cones. I didn’t catch his name, but I genuinely appreciate his thoughtful gesture towards customers.

I ordered a single scoop of coffee (cold brew) ice cream, but it didn’t taste like coffee at all. All I could taste was sweetness, and there was no trace of coffee flavor. I definitely won’t be trying the coffee ice cream from here again.
Workers were incredibly nice and helpful, although fudgy the whales were sold out, me and my father had delicious hand crafted ice creams with sprinkles. The very best.
The ice cream is consistently fresh, the staff is friendly, and the place is spotlessly clean.
