We visited late in the evening, and I ordered a cookie dough ice cream. Instead, I was served soft serve vanilla. When I tried to explain the mistake to the employee, they insisted that it was soft serve cookie dough, which I don’t believe is a real thing. After taking a single bite, I didn't receive any offer for a replacement or a refund. Not wanting to create a disturbance, I've decided to leave this review instead. We visited on November 4, 2022, at 9:45 PM.
We had an outstanding customer service experience recently! The owner personally called us and was incredibly understanding, kind, and apologetic about a minor mix-up that occurred during our visit. This business truly stands by its word and demonstrates honesty! We absolutely love Carvel, and this location is definitely the best on the island. The owner is such a genuine person!

I had a disappointing experience at Carvel. I waited for 15 minutes without seeing any employees. I wanted to buy an ice cream cake, but unfortunately, the bottom was melting in my hand as I waited. I understand the challenges of labor shortages, but this was frustrating. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh. The last birthday cake I bought there had flawless handwriting on it. I was really impressed by how neatly the person wrote on the cake. Haha!
This review is for Carvel. While the signs might be a bit outdated, the staff is young, patient, and friendly. It’s definitely a fantastic place to satisfy your late-night sweet tooth!
I purchased one sundae and got the second one for free. What a great deal for a Wednesday!
