Carvel - Reserva de mesa

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. My experience was terrible. The staff were not exactly unfriendly, but they were not particularly friendly either. My son became sick after drinking a strawberry milkshake and one of the other four items I purchased looked suspicious. He ended up vomiting, so I returned everything and asked for a refund. At first, they refused, but eventually agreed after I threatened to inform other customers about my son's ordeal.

Absolutely horrible. First off the guy was rude took absolutely forever and was looking at his phone. He then ate a candy from my freakin carvalanche Who the hell does that?!?!!? Then he made my order wrong refused to remake it and charged me for the reeses in my damn carvalanche when they are part of the order free.... then argued with me over it. I will be disputing the charge with my card company. I am spreading word to people to avoid this location

People that work there are unfriendly and rude. One lady in particular...you can tell she hates her job and is always talking on the phone. Also, they they don't put enough topping on the ice cream. I won't go there anymore. Go to the one near John H. West...they're great!!!

Carvel makes the best icecream cakes. We have ordered cakes from other places and they are never as good. There is something about the chocolate crunch in the center and the rich creamy frosting that is always perfect for special occasions. Reserva una mesa ahora

When the store ownership changed hands, we were hopeful that service would improve; well it hasn't. At least the old owner kept a clean store. This store is dirty; always. The workers are indifferent and not friendly.

I have know Al the owner at this Carvel for many years. He is kind, respectful, and always has a smile on his face. I love getting all of my birthday cakes from him.
