Carvel - Reserva de mesa

This was not my first time dining at this restaurant, but it will definitely be my last. I tried to take advantage of the Wednesday special, ordering a smaller ice cream to avoid wasting any excess. However, the server charged me $6.81 for two kiddie sized cups and insisted I must order a small size to qualify for the special. She was angry about the misunderstanding, but I was not going to put up with her attitude. I decided to go to Rita's instead and enjoy my dessert there. Thank you for your response.

Very cheap with the ice cream scoop. When I asked the counter person who I assumed was related to the owner why the scoop was so small since I barely saw it emerge from the cone, she replied that she charged me the smallest scoop. It wasn't posted on the prices that it also depended on scoop size. The reply from the owner was incorrect. I was charged full price. Don't know why I was given the kid size since I am obviously over the age of 35.

The employees at this ice cream shop should consider wearing gloves, especially when they have long acrylic nails. It was a bit gross to see the ice cream getting stuck on their nails.
