Carvel - Reservar una mesa

Went here on April 14th which was a Friday and it was a bad experience. I was waiting on some ice cream and saw the owner blatantly disrespecting what seemed to be his only employee working. He was cursing at him and yelling for no real reason because the employee was helpful and polite although it was busy. I don’t believe it’s appropriate to berate a young kid and embarrass him in front of everyone. Not only that but I saw him go to the back after him and push the young man and curse at him loudly. Have some class and respect for those who keep your store afloat smh.

Fair Lawn Carvel is dear to my heart. The nice people that own the store are great. I've been coming here for many years. They are always helpful, kind and considerate. Service with a smile really makes a difference. I got a icecream cake that I purchased for my birthday and everyone who ate some loved it. Thank you for making my birthday special. 5 stars all the way!Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly with all the options for children to choose from all in all wonderful ?

I have to put 1 star to post, wish I can put 0 stars! I will never shop here again! Getting ice cream today and heard the owner/manager screaming at one of his employees! It was disgusting the young man was doing his job fine! If this is how you treat people, I don’t want to support that! I will not support a business that takes advantage of young people/employees. I’ve lived in this town over 30 years! Have never ever encountered anything like this!

Everything about this Carvel is wonderful. Great ice cream and customer service. I'm a big fan of soft serve. They have great deals as well.
