Carvel - Reserva de mesa

I bought a birthday cake from this place and paid extra for fudge and crunchies. The cake looked decent in the box, but when I brought it home and took it out, I was shocked to see how short it was! There was barely any ice cream, fudge, or crunchies. I felt like I was ripped off, especially since these cakes are expensive. I called to complain, but was told the owner wasn't available and would call me back - which never happened. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Not this store. Never ever! Had our birthday coupon and we were turned away, citing they refuse digital coupons. They said it is because we could exploit using it repeatedly so therefore we had to print it out. But nothing is stopping me from printing out multiple copies So yeah, I just went to the one nearby in the plaza with Stop Shop. They happily honored the coupon by having us show them on our phones. I'll stick with that store from now on! Happy birthday to me

Three of us arrived with great hopes, three of us left greatly disappointed. Their ?thick shakes? are thick if you compare them with milk and the flavors are weak. Yes it tastes like ice cream, but this is a very low bar for a dedicated ice cream vendor. Would not recommend.

The service in this carvel is terrible, rip you off, charged me incorrectly, hardly put any ice cream in the cup and it was watered down. Support any carvel BUT this one ABSOLUTE DISGRACE Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Overall, a great dining experience.

The staff was welcoming and the dining area was kept tidy. It could benefit from a renovation and possibly adding outdoor seating.

Always a treat! Staff was friendly and efficient! In and out with two sundays in less then 5 min. Very tasty.
