Dealing with the public can be challenging and everyone can have a bad day. My experience at this restaurant was not pleasant. My friends and I stopped by for ice cream after dinner at a nearby place. When we asked a simple question about cone versus cup options, the man at the counter gave us a rude and condescending look as if we should have already known the answer. We were put off by his attitude and have decided not to come back to this location for our ice cream fix.

I stopped by for a small ice cream cake. There was a good variety of cakes to choose from and candle selection. The counter person icing piped the writing very nicely and centered.Spacious shop with daily specials for shakes and frozen treats.
The ice cream server is extremely rude. It is not appropriate for someone working in a place where people come to enjoy a treat and brighten their day.
Horrible service and horrible prices to match. I thought you couldn’t get worse than Dunkin’ Donuts in customer service but these guys have done it
