My husband and I stopped in to get milk shake floats which was a disaster. 1st they asked if we wanted coke floats. Then they started mailing the chocolate and Black white shakes.. they were out of syrup and had no idea of what the float was. She offered to add hot fudge and then added some ice cream but it was. It really a float. Needless to say the shakes were essentially tasteless so I had to stop at Walgreens pick up Hersey Syrup and fix them when we got home whichruins the concept of getting dessert out as I now need to clean up the blender. I have no issue waiting as I know there are staffing shortages and I applaud those who show up but the owner or management is responsible for training theirstaff I have been to this location before and not had a problem but the shakes are not cheap and since they are a promotion one day if the week your staff should be trained properly
Male employee behind cash register helped three customers before me wearing the same rubber gloves; handling food and money. I asked for my ice cream in a cup and the cone on the side. He grabbed the cone with same rubber gloves without a napkin! He then swept the floor and held the dirty dustpan with same gloves over the trash can to empty it. He continued to help more customers with same gloves after sweeping. I watched two other female staff handle cones with no gloves,use the register and not wash hands in between.
