The staff is always friendly and clearly wants to make sure everything is top notch. I think the way they are handling the pandemic is fantastic and super safe for everyone! Had to get an ice cream cake for a birthday and the writing was legible and exactly how we wanted it.

I can get past the somewhat unfriendly staff, but I've tried them a number of times and found their thick shakes to be thinner than a typical Carvel shake and they often forget to add the usual whipped cream and cherry to the sundaes.
I love Carvel, so I gave it five stars. The employee has been screwing up the order two times. I'll tell you what I want, and he'll start filling in ice and don't listen. It's annoying. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had thought of Carvel as having just soft serve ice cream, but they have a wide range of tradition ice cream flavors. Not a lot of place to sit, though.

This location is always packed, but the wait is never long. Everyone who works in here is super nice and helpful.

The quality of her soft napkin has gone up last year(ish). It is cold, tasteful and creamy.
