Carvel Ice Cream - Reserva de mesa

I have been visiting this Carvel since high school. However, in the past few years, the service has declined. I recently had a negative experience at this particular location and have decided not to return. Although I may still visit other Carvel locations in the future, I will not be returning to this one. Each Carvel is independently owned under the franchise. During my last visit, I made my selection over FaceTime. The person assisting me repeatedly apologized for the worker's annoyance and lack of fluency in English.

I've been going to this Carvel since I was a kid. I get all my birthday ice cream cakes here. You are either a bakery cake birthday person or an ice cream cake person????. Great ice cream, shakes, cakes, there is some seating and it does get busy during the summer months as would any ice cream store in the peak season. Parking lot is small but don't usually have an issue. The staff is nice and attentive to getting customers handled quickly.

Terrible experience. I will never return to this restaurant. One of the employees, who conveniently had no name tag, was extremely rude and should be fired for her behavior. She was confrontational and seemed like she wanted to fight with me and my family. She was defending a coworker who didn't need defending, causing a misunderstanding that escalated the situation. The rest of the staff was fine, but this one employee ruined our meal.

Went on an unseasonably warm day in February. It seems like everyone in the neighborhood had the same idea to get some ice cream, so the store was busy with just one person working. He was doing a good job, going as fast as he could. I appreciated that despite the stress of the long line of customers, the employee was still very friendly and patient Reserva una mesa ahora

We ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and found a staple in my sundae. I don't believe this was intentional, but it was unsettling, especially considering it could have been in my daughter's sundae. When handling food, it is important to take extra care to ensure safety.

Because, when you can make the babies and kids smile, there is a joy of love. Which evolves in this place, with the young and old. I go here and become the little boy, who shot marbles, and ate ice cream on a hot summer day, to cool off.

The restaurant was clean, but it had a strong smell of cleaning products. The parking lot was difficult to navigate into.
