Carvel Ice Cream - Reservar una mesa

I have been visiting this Carvel since high school. However, in the past few years, the service has declined. I recently had a negative experience at this particular location and have decided not to return. Although I may still visit other Carvel locations in the future, I will not be returning to this one. Each Carvel is independently owned under the franchise. During my last visit, I made my selection over FaceTime. The person assisting me repeatedly apologized for the worker's annoyance and lack of fluency in English.

I have been coming to this Carvel location since I was a child. It is where I always get my birthday ice cream cakes. Do you prefer bakery cakes for your birthday or are you an ice cream cake person? They have fantastic ice cream, shakes, and cakes available. There is some seating inside, but it can get crowded during the busy summer months, like any ice cream shop in peak season. The parking lot is small, but I usually don't have trouble finding a spot. The staff is friendly and efficient at serving customers promptly.

Terrible experience. I will never return to this restaurant. One of the employees, who conveniently had no name tag, was extremely rude and should be fired for her behavior. She was confrontational and seemed like she wanted to fight with me and my family. She was defending a coworker who didn't need defending, causing a misunderstanding that escalated the situation. The rest of the staff was fine, but this one employee ruined our meal.

We ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and found a staple in my sundae. I don't believe this was intentional, but it was unsettling, especially considering it could have been in my daughter's sundae. When handling food, it is important to take extra care to ensure safety.

The chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches are incredible. They are freshly made right in front of you at the location, making them the best choice.
