I use to go here all the time but tonight was terrible. I ordered two small sundaes and they put one scoop of ice cream in each of the containers which was barely half the containers. One was chocolate chip cookie dough and it was basically just vanilla ice cream. I swear it literally only had a singular piece of cookie dough, probably the size of a dime, throughout all of it and barely any chocolate chips. Absolutely terrible experience and I drove out of my way to this particular carvel cause it use to be the best one. Definitely not going back to this one again. Extremely disappointed.

I wanted something else and could not decide and the young lady works behind the counter, Jenni asked me what my favorite tastes are and what kind of sweets I enjoy. I told her and she suggested I swirl the peanut buttercup. It was delicious! I'm just mad I didn't make a picture because it was so perfect. They always expect delicious ice cream, but this is exceptional service.
I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I have been disappointed with their black and white dessert on two separate occasions. Both times, the dessert was poorly made with an excessive amount of milk and hardly any chocolate sauce. To make matters worse, the first time they used chocolate ice cream in the dessert, which is not typical for a black and white dessert.

This Carvel location on Long Island is one of the best, but it appears that they work at a slow pace at all of their locations, as there is always a long line. However, the ice cream here is much better quality compared to the Carvel in Copiague.
I'm sorry but I asked for rum raisin and the ice cream was barely made. Two or three raisins and rum was forgotten.I also bought the whale ice cream cake, I don't know if it was from an old batch but it wasn't fresh. So disappointing :
Ordered the flying saucers from DoorDash and it came from this location. They are cheap and did not fill the saucers correctly. They only filled it half way but it was still the same price. Very ridiculous
Love coming here as it's the closest from our house. S/O loves their milkshakes and I love all their fresh-tasting ice cream.

New owners make the ice cream not as good it’s like whipped cream it’s so light and airy not the same as it used to be
The front of the restaurant appears clean and well-maintained. Despite visiting a few times, it was never crowded.
