Unbelievable just leaving this location on a Monday at 4:15 PM we went in with our gift card that had $15 on it and was going to buy more ice cream which was for the family of 6 . We were going pay using the gift card and the lady informs us that her gift card machine is not working. meanwhile Carvel is advertising to buy gift cards as gifts in the store.If something like that is not working maybe you should ask your customers how you’re paying now we had to go out of pocket to pay for something , but now we still have a gift card unused !! This place is always clean and the service is usually good. Tonight. I'm pretty sure I order a strawberry soft cream with strawberry topping and chocolate hot sauce with whipped cream and cherry. I don't like her catching the desert right away. I couldn't see it until I got home. They gave me vanilla soft serving instead of strawberry. If I saw it before I left the store, I would have said something. Note: Ask for no travel cover next time. (06/01/22)
I usually don't write reviews for chain restaurants buy I felt it was necessary for this. Went on mother's day (while it was packed) with a large order. Already felt bad for how hard the people were working behind the counter. They were still incredibly kind to everyone and made sure they got their orders in time. Just wanted to shout out the people working there. Doing the lord's work
I usually come here with the kids and don?t have any complaints. But I ordered a milkshake today and found a piece of a clear hard plastic while drinking it. It came up right through the straw, thankfully the kids weren?t drinking it. Super dangerous! Workers should be extra careful and double check everything beforehand.

The girl working here today, Sunday, 10/3 around 4pm, was absolutely miserable....nobody else in the store but completely rushing us and just extremely unfriendly. Customer service is not what it used to be, especially at the yonkers ave carvel.
I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla soft serve with sprinkles from this Carvel store. It was fresh and exactly how I like it. This is one of my favorite Carvel locations, always clean and consistently on point.
This carvel never fails me. I have lived in the area for years and they always have the soft tastes I want to try. Fast, great service always.
It was ok Not realized small soft ice with taxes us over $5. We're ridiculous. I'm glad I only have this desire once every blue moon.

Perfect after dinner desserts for my kids during football season. Freshly made and enough for the four of us. Excellent.
