Unbelievable just leaving this location on a Monday at 4:15 PM we went in with our gift card that had $15 on it and was going to buy more ice cream which was for the family of 6 . We were going pay using the gift card and the lady informs us that her gift card machine is not working. meanwhile Carvel is advertising to buy gift cards as gifts in the store.If something like that is not working maybe you should ask your customers how you’re paying now we had to go out of pocket to pay for something , but now we still have a gift card unused !! I usually don't write reviews for chain restaurants buy I felt it was necessary for this. Went on mother's day (while it was packed) with a large order. Already felt bad for how hard the people were working behind the counter. They were still incredibly kind to everyone and made sure they got their orders in time. Just wanted to shout out the people working there. Doing the lord's work

I usually come here with the children and have no complaints. but I ordered a milkshake today and found a piece of a clear hard plastic while drinking it. it came right through the straw, fortunately the children do not drink. super dangerous! workers should be extra cautious and check twice everything before.

The girl working here today, Sunday, 10/3 around 4pm, was absolutely miserable....nobody else in the store but completely rushing us and just extremely unfriendly. Customer service is not what it used to be, especially at the yonkers ave carvel. Reserva una mesa ahora
