The ice cream at this restaurant was delicious, however, the service was lacking. One of the female employees seemed more interested in chatting and flirting with another customer than taking my order. Despite telling her twice what I wanted, she still managed to get it wrong. After receiving the incorrect ice cream, I informed her of the mistake, but even the second attempt was incorrect. I had simply ordered a strawberry and vanilla soft serve with red cherries and rainbow sprinkles, which should not have been a difficult task.
The owners at Carvel Ice Cream consistently deliver a fast and friendly experience. Whether I’ve called ahead or picked up special orders in person, it’s always smooth and hassle-free. The counter service is speedy, and the staff are so welcoming that I always enjoy stopping by to say hello and catch up. The shop is always spotless and well-organized, and I appreciate that they accommodate gluten allergies. It’s a fantastic spot for a delicious treat!
The owners go above and beyond to provide an efficient and friendly experience. I have called in and picked up special orders and its always a breeze. The counter service is always quick and the servers are so friendly I look forward to going in andsaying hello and catching up. The store is always clean and neat and I love that they cater to those with gluten allergies. Great place for a fun treat!
Stopped here to pick up 2 delivery orders . Place is severely understaffed and have no knowledge of handling 3rd party tablets. I stood along with 3 other delivery drivers waiting and about 10 other customers . I?ll avoid this place from now on. 1 extra star for the friendly lady behind the counter, and minus 1 for the mope gentleman. Walked out.

The service was outstanding, and the owners are both kind and professional. The service was prompt, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant was also very clean.
