I went to Carvel yesterday to pick up some items for a birthday party. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. However, another customer in the store was quite rude and made it difficult when I tried to place my items on the counter while he was paying, though this was absolutely not the employees' fault. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and the ice cream was a big hit!

Compared to other carvels, this one is amazing. The line was a bit long, but the service was amazing, and the staff is patient and take their time with making and decorating the ice especially my favorite sunflower Dasher!
Emily k helped me out today. I come here all the time. Very nice staff. Very helpful, they do the toppings very well and my ice cream looks amazing!! Great place!!
