This Carvel location is outstanding! The customer service here is not only quick but also remarkably friendly. They consistently have cakes and take-home treats available. Many businesses have made adjustments due to COVID-19, and this location has excelled in implementing safety measures, such as providing hand sanitizer, reminding customers to keep a distance of 6 feet, and ensuring the safety of both staff and patrons. There are signs in place to remind everyone of the safety protocols, but it's unfortunate that not all customers follow these straightforward rules, like limiting the store to a maximum of 5 customers at a time.
This is by far the best Carvel in New Jersey! They always get my order correct and make sure it's filled to the top, unlike some other Carvel locations nearby. If you want excellent service and tasty ice cream, you have to visit this Carvel! You all are simply incredible! If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! 10 STARS! So make sure to check this place out!
Went yesterday to pick up some items for a birthday party the staff was super friendly and pleasant but the other customer in the store was very nasty and gave me a hard time about wanting to place my items on the counter while he was paying. Whichobviously is not the employees fault at all! Overall very satisfied with my experience and the ice cream was a hit
This Carvel has a very pleasant counter staff and they are always patient with customers, even when there’s a long line on a hot Summer day. The store is always clean and they have a large soft serve selection. The parking lot is small, so at busy times, parking can be an issue.

Compared to other carvels, this one is amazing. The line was a bit long, but the service was amazing, and the staff is patient and take their time with making and decorating the ice especially my favorite sunflower Dasher!
This is the best ice cream shop in the area! They offer a wonderful variety of birthday and party ice cream cakes. I've never been let down, and it always brings happiness to my family.

Excellent selection of ice cream flavors and limited time flavor through different seasons is also good. My all time favorite fudge brownie Sunday dasher ????

Great Treats at Carvel! Try the Sundae Dasher, it's soooo yummy! Staff is well trained and very friendly too.
The line was long but once inside staff was friendly and moved rather quickly.
