Carvel Ice Cream Bakery

The ice cream was decent, but it’s clear that the owners aren’t very invested in the business since it’s up for sale. Carvel is a respectable brand, but it feels a bit outdated. The kids tried various flavors of soft and hard ice cream, which had a strange texture—almost a mix between the two. To be fair, it’s hard to mess up ice cream, but overall, both the food and the experience were just mediocre.

I had a delightful experience with Classic Carvel ice cream today, but unfortunately, I was overcharged. I ordered a small soft serve with fudge sprinkles, but instead of being charged the price for a sundae, the employee added two extra items to my receipt for the fudge and sprinkles. When I brought this to her attention, she seemed unconcerned and didn’t acknowledge the mistake.

My mother just bought something for 3.29; owners got a sign up that says you gotta spend 5 dollars or more to use a card. Instead of refusing the sale like any other business would, dude sneakily charged her 5 dollars for a small cup of ice cream. Place is greasy, both physically and ethically. Not coming back anytime soon

I?ve never been treated so rudely by an owner and staff. The store is dirty and in severe need of updating. They don?t wear masks and gloves while serving people so it feels very unhygienic as well. I?m never going to come back here again, cold stone creamery is my place to go from now on Reserva una mesa ahora

The owners are usually the ones (or part of the team working, and they're always very nice to the customers. We love getting their ice cream cakes for birthdays, etc. (Fudgie the Wale! . Their Sundae Dashers are amazing- try the mint Oreo cookie one!

I ordered a sunade off of doordash, but it only came listed with vanilla soft serve and I prefer chocolate. I called them asking if I could switch it and the lady who answered the phone was SO nice and happily did it. Wonderful customer service!

The posted store hours indicate that they open at 11, but when I stopped by, the place was closed and no one was there. I’m not sure if it's because it was a Wednesday, but it seems like they might not want to hand out their free sundaes.

Ice cream is always good. The staff are very nice and out going. It's in a main area parking is good. The bathroom is never available which if you have kids is not good. Reserva una mesa ahora
