"Yesterday I attended a dinner and a comedy show. The buffet dinner was varied and very good. There were beef, chicken and salmon, all cooked for perfection. Often a buffet is dry and overdue, but not here. It was succulent! There was a full antipasto containing an aubergine salad for which you should die. The comedy show was very entertaining. If I had a wedding or another event, I would certainly do it at Casa Bianca."

I honestly don't even know where to start. Casa Bianca is by far the best secret/best wedding location in NJ I was already (and I was a lot). The owner Sammi is the best person you can ever work with for your wedding. He's so easy to go and will do what you want. His answer to any request I had was not a problem. Typically, the place is the most stressful part of wedding planning, but for me it was the simplest. The wedding suite is beautiful and spacious, the foyer is incredible with the stairs and how they decorate every season and the ballroom is beyond beautiful. I am so grateful for this team that it is so courteous and ensures that our wedding is spoken for years. From food (most people cannot come over cocktail hour)... to the ambience. It was so amazing that some of my guests asked if they were taking care of themselves? Haha. My breadth and I had a very hard time finding a place to host our wedding, it seemed as if we had to compromise key elements if it wasn't general decors, it was food... if it wasn't from those it was just the wrong mood. But once we found Casa Bianca and sat down with Sammy, our thoughts were calmed.... But then the pandemic! And we were forced to reschedule. We used Casa Bianca as our offsite caterer for a 40-person party at our home, and we were so, so happy with our experience. Their representative, Bash, was amazing at keeping in touch and was prompt with sending any invoices etc. The food came on time and was absolutely delicious. Several guests went out of their way to tell us the salmon was the best they 've ever had . We also hired a server, Anthony, for the event and he was wonderful! Kind, courteous and helpful in so many ways, many of our guests also told us he was extremely helpful and kind. We will 100% be using Casa Bianca to cater future events at home!
Thank you to all in Casabianca to help us throw our baby shower. The dishes and drinks were amazing and superfluous. We got a lot of compliments. The whole place was beautiful. They even went beyond and beyond to help us create decoration, work with our sellers and ensure that the whole party flew smoothly. The owners and the staff are so pleasant that they throw a party seem effortless. I appreciate all the efforts made so special for us in our day.
