I made this reservation over a month ago as we live the night at the hotel in this restaurant. We drove out of town and hastened to make our reservation while constant updates and memories of OpenTable. When we came to the hotel to check and then go straight to dinner, we found out that the restaurant was closed. When it was probably due to Covid and Human Resources, it was completely understandable, but what upset me was that nobody came out to let me know that they were closed. Especially because we had a reservation - they had my name and number to let me know, or just cancel the Res through the app! It wasn't cool after a day of travel to find unexpectedly somewhere else to eat.... while...
We really enjoyed our meal at Casa Caña! We originally wanted to sit out in the patio (it’s really big and looks very nice but unfortunately it rained. However the restaurant inside was not crowded so the experience was good regardless. The food was very tasty. The nachos are delicious (very very large though so be warned , the carnitas tacos were very well seasoned and tender , the Mexican fried rice had a nice chipotle pepper tang to it and the churros with the dipping chocolate are not to be missed . We will definitely be back soon.
One of my favorite restaurants! They returned their menu back to their original mind after having changed it for a bit after things opened after closing. A variety of delicious small plates and some larger entrees to choose as well. Very recommend the octopus, fish Tacos, Yucca Fries, and their grilled avocado salad. Amazing frozen drinks! It's really a jewel in Allston. Also has a large terrace that looks perfect for warm weather.
Aburrido. ¿Por qué no limitarse a la comida tradicional que le encanta a la gente? Si te vas a desviar de los platos tradicionales, debería quedar realmente bueno. La comida no era terrible, pero no era nada para emocionarse ... y demasiado caro para la calidad. También decide qué tipo de lugar quieres estar. Deshazte del televisor si estás intentando crear un ambiente de bar no deportivo

I went first for the drag show that was hosted and it was great! Food and drinks were good, but a bit too expensive for the amount you get especially for the small plates. Drink menu could be a bit more extensive. Decor and ambience were really nice. Overall good experience, but probably not back.
Best street maid I've ever had! Ente tacos so delicious and Margaritas were fantastic! Beautiful atmosphere and the bartender was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Debe haber habido solo una persona en la cocina ya que solo éramos mesas y nuestra comida tardó minutos en llegar
En general, la comida era buena excepto por una cosa. Deseamos que Charred Octopus hubiera sido un poco tierno
