Food is out of the hook in this place! All we tried was spectacular, not a negative comment, we tried lasagna, ravioli and chicken parm, delicious! I had a bigger stomach! It was very good, and parts were just perfect, even their bread is good! I will recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine. The place is huge! It seems like a small one, but it has as many rooms as a labyrinth! You could use a small update in the decor, but really go there for the food. The restaurant is clean and the servers are very friendly. Food needed a while to get out, but that's because it's ready to order, so you know that you get the best!
We celebrated an 85. Birthday event with a wonderful buffet lunch in Casa Carbone and everything was excellent! Your private room was perfect for our group of 40 people, with plenty of space to couple and wheelchair access. The food was excellent, served immediately as planned and generously proportional. Amanda and Jaime were wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end, and Alex delivered an excellent service during our event. I highly recommend Casa Carbone for a group function or a delicious dinner in her main dining room!
We had a really nice dinner tonight, outside our normal Italian restaurant, that was very good. From host staff to waiter, very pleasant. The food was delicious, the spaghetti w/meat sauce and Tortellini Alfredo, both delicious. attentive waiting staff and a good selection of wines. Thank you. We will return!
Wow. It's been a long time since we finally ate here, but we won't make this mistake again. We enjoyed one of the best dinners in a long time. Calamari, filled mussels (crazy good), chicken picatta and the best Amaretto cheesecake... ever. Casa Carbone is back in regular dinner rotation for us.
