It's too refined for me. I have a sweet tooth. For example, for this dessert including kiwi and meringue, the quantities are so tiny that I remained frustrated. There is a lot of work that goes into all the dishes, for me simpler is better. The meat was cooked perfectly, pink, tender, well done! I'll try again at lunchtime, maybe it's simpler. Thank you for your good mood.
