We love the food here. They offer a cheeseburger served on a tortilla (her?Rancho Grande? with plenty of the 505 famous chili?s that is cooked to order. This is one of our favorite things from their menu. Your operating hours are not always compatible with when we go through the area; but I have always been very happy to have made the time to leave I-25 and drive to Pecos to get a meal. This is not fast food; on the contrary, they are a little business that needs their time. They seem to be operating (during the late hour time frames at least with a minimal staff. If you want or need to be served in a Colloquial New York City minute; They will be disappointed at their speed. Pecos is not NYC...

Great food, good price. Take out now, plan to reopen the dining room this autumn. Very friendly. I'll eat again.
