Casa Del Mar Mexican Bar & Grill

I have been to this place several times and this will be my last. Our waitress was very rude and according to the manager due to the waitress being new and only working on Wednesdays and Sundays she was overwhelmed, mind you this was Friday. however the patrons that were not black didn't appear to be unhappy with their service matter of fact, they were the ones who received the correct service. We spoke to a family who sat across from us who experienced the same disposition and also complained to the manager, the manager did apologize and compensate us for the mistakes with our drinks and food. The service was unacceptable, they have definitely lost patrons and the food was not that good.

Great service, our waitress was very sweet. I have never reviewed a restaurant on google before but I felt this food was so bad I had to.. the chips were so stale. I ordered tostadas and the $10 meal came with 2, both were rock solid stale. I let the waitress know and they switched out my meal for enchiladas (pictured); no beans and rice on my plate like the other dinner… ‍ My daughter got the kids burrito, that tasted like it had gone bad or was sitting out… my guess is they’re hurting since COVID and have low quality food. I don’t understand how this restaurant is still bustling with people. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

We stopped a quick lunch and made a good choice. The atmosphere was what you would expect in a typical Mexican restaurant, but my Fajitas were excellent. The chicken was well seasoned, and the peppers were not super boiled, as they can sometimes be in other restaurants. The prices were reasonable at $9-11 for your average lunch special and $11-17 for your average lunch dish. I wouldn't have a problem here anymore.

I'm upset about how AMAZING is this place, because I've got to drive 30 minutes to get here. The atmosphere was great, the bartender served drinks with a smile on her face, our waitress was beautiful and everyone helped each other. The food was excellent and her salsa is perfect. You have Margarita offers on Monday and Wednesday and you can not go wrong with the prices. We will definitely come back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Warm environment and staff are nice. This place is usually busy so there can be longer wait times, and the waitresses have to float between a lot of tables so ordering and eating can take a while. My waitress recommended Centrnario Tequila with lime and Squirt. Amazing. Affordable and overall great place to eat

Large Mexican cuisine, cheap prices and good service. What more can you say, great salsa and chips too. The Entrées are served hot and made to order. Definitely a place to go if you want delicious Mexican farewell!

Dear Alma's Margaritas and the food! One of my favorite authentic Mexican cuisine restaurants. Even the chips and salsa taste great. It's cozy, but not fancy, and people always treat me beautifully.
