Friday evening, we asked for a table of two, with no reservation, the restaurant was packed. The waiter told us we could wait minutes for a table. Indeed, after around minutes (unfortunately, we could not wait inside and also didn‘t get served a...drink) we got a table. We started with a Mojito (small amuse bouche comes for free) and ordered tapas, red wine and a port wine for dessert. After this they offered a schnaps. It is really a pity that after such a good meal that last experience I got from the night is a negative one. When paying I was told that they didn’t accept any credit card or any foreign debit cards. I had to leave the...restaurant and look for a cash machine to get some money to pay my bill. In today’s world, this is something completely strange and not acceptable to me. The food was really great and an efficient service, but it ended in a disappointing way.
We had a delicious dinner at this lovely restaurant. Fried sardines, bacon wrapped dates and olives as tapas were all wonderful. For main dishes we shared a squid and shrimp stew and a grilled fish plate. Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection. Friendly waiters...helped us pick some great wine. We sat outside and it was comfortable and very lively.
We visited this restaurant following the good reviews on TripAdvisor. Fish was overcooked and no effort was done on presentation. The kind of fish restaurant you could find at any street corner if you don't mind eating anywhere. The day after we tried La Sepia...in the Sternschanze area. Also Portuguese, same price range but way better !

We stopped in after a day of walking around and shared a seafood Paella. Great flavour and definitely not stingy with the seafood. The Sangria was delicious with lots of fruit. I also had a Mojito which was nicely balanced. We will be back if...we are back in Hamburg in the future.

Loved their tapas, tasty and delicious! Had the small fish sardines which was prepared in different way, both were delicious. Advisable to make a reservation as restaurant gets crowded for dinner.

Very friendly waiter/proprietor! We ordered mixed Tapas for people and it was fabulous! Highly recommended. Authentic atmosphere and good food.
Excellent. After all disappointments in Hamburg, there was this nice restaurant. Good food and on top: nice people.
