met me with friends for dinner there on Saturday night, even without reservation we got a place. After we had drinks and the foods at the nice waiter, we also got our drinks and then also the food. here I noticed that the pizza, obviously on the other hand the description in the map, falls below the diameter of 30 cm. the waiter replied only that he would bring the chefin of the house to the table. that happened then that chefin came and asked what the problem was. We had been on our feet since early morning, first in Coburg, and then in Bamberg. It was dinnertime, and we were looking for a nice place to rest, eat good food, and get out of the hot sun. Casa Italia fit the bill and more! They had the front windows thrown wide open, and we got a table right in the window. We were out of the direct sun, yet could enjoy the mild breeze of the early evening. We ordered a pizza (they come in only one size, which was somewhere between a small and medium pizza here in the US), and some pasta. Casa Vendo, in the Casa Italia hotel complex, is pleasant and inexpensive. It has an Italian-based menu, of course, but also offers some traditional Bavarian dishes. A 1/2 liter of Pinot Grigio, a Pizza Frutti di Mare, and a very large Saltimabocca Romana came to 41 Euros. The food was excellent. The complex is in the heart of Bamberg, on Dominikaner Strasse, a short distance from the Old Town Hall. You can eat indoors or outdoors but the inside is opened up to the outside when the weather is good.

super good food, excellent cuisine. absolutely try the daily recommendations. had a very, very fine maish-cheek breast on austerity gelrisotto with orangenfond. was even better than it sounds. pasta teller also very good. to dessert a rhabarbertiramisu on a special cream with some sea salt. see photos. service was also very attentive and friendly. pizza not our fall: teig tastes after nothing and is quite dry, covered is overcrowded with cheese and oversawed by oil! You can't even have half a pizza pappsatt and feel stones in the stomach! unfortunately not true for us, which is why we will not come again!

on the penultimate day of our stay we landed here and it was very pleasant. very good service, very tasty eating and the whole package has voted. from our side a clear recommendation.If the restaurant is home with us, we would visit it regularly.

So I can only recommend this Italian. the location is rather quiet and central. the personal very courteous and friendly. I can only tell you about eating positiw. a point-department because, no gastgarten is present.

pizza is prepared on the finished (frozen) floor. hopeless! thunfischsteak to bake. good house wine. in general you can eat something, but it doesn't force you into the knee

We enter the restaurant because rain started. Pizza was probably frozen. It tasted Like from the shop, actually it does not tasted at all. Wine was warm, and waiter rude.
