Oh, that's the free pizza base of best gluten (or pinsa, rather) I've tried so far. it's fluffy. I repeat: it is actually fluffy, although it is gluten-free. amazing! the veggies were also on the point. not many vegan options here, but as long as they have the farando pinsa, I am good if only that was in barcelona. updated by previous review on 2021-08-19
