Big-Big Disapointment... If all guests have the same vegetables with almost all dishes and the menu is numbered as a Chines restaurant because it's too hudge... Then it's time to wonder where I am? Tapas are ridiculously expensive for almost fake 'fresh'...ingredient served de with cheap sweet Curry Mayo from the supermarket! Is that Portuguese? I made my choice for the Free Style Fish menu... What a bad decision! Fillet the sole boiled and salty, served with the same supermarket sweet Mayo and no trace of a quarter of the lemon... Unbelievable! The main course in the same way. After 30 years of visit to Nordhorn there are definitely no gastronomic restaurants in the city. This restaurant will not stay in Brussels or Paris for more than 3 months. Sad-Sad-Sad! Chef Michel

we have visited friends near Northhorn and then they have reserved a table on a Saturday in casa manuel. first we wondered why our friends didn't reserve something near their home, but a few kilometers far away. at the latest when we eat, we knew. the food was freshly prepared, tasty and sufficient. for this quality the prices were reasonable.The service was very friendly and competent and has read us every wish from the eyes. it was a great, successful evening with good friends, eating good and good wein all around. If you are in this opposite, definitely a recommendation.

We went to dinner tonight and thought we were for a nice dinner, and it ended only a disappointing experience, as the service was extremely bad. After the order, half an hour waited for the food, although we had two...Kids with us for dinner. No one came to give us an update to our meal or to apologize for the bad service. I do not recommend going to Casa Manuel unless you are ready to wait a very long time for your food.

Super delicious food, service, from reservation to payment, real class. Very nice staff. We like to come back.
