If italian is what you're after, I highly recommend Casa Italiana in Chadwell Heath as the place to have it.From the greeting at the door by Julian our amazing waiter we had an experience not a meal. The place had a wonderful relaxed atmosphere and the food was just delicious. We started with gamborini prawns that Julian recommended and they were delicious, to then the seafood pasta and lasagne (both as yummy as each other). There was nothing that i could find fault in the place was clean with a quiet peaceful atmosphere, the service was attentive, funny and friendly and the food just topped it all off. We booked a table for 7pm on a Sunday the day before for my Dads birthday. We arrived a little early to be greeted by the waiter who immediately told us that the chef was leaving in 5 minutes and so they could not serve us.We asked why he did not call us but he couldn't give a reason, and kept only repeating that the chef would be leaving in a few minutes, and so we had to leave.We have been to this restaurant many times in the past and, if they had called us and asked us to come to the restaurant earlier, would have gladly done so. As it stands we will not be returning and will be letting our friends know not to trust a booking at this restaurant.

I went here for a photo shoot for Uber Eats and all the dishes smelt very good. I tried all the dishes shot and they were fantastic. My girlfriend and I decided to come the Saturday after to enjoy the pizza....and we really enjoyed it. A true Italian pizza... finally! Fantastic food and kindly staff. If I could, I'd have given 6 stars. Thanks guy.

Had dinner running very very late. For a chicken dish and a steak medium we had to wait 45 MIN and they were mediocre. Took ourselves the menius as no one was greeting and had to wait at the exit area for 15 min so that someone could take the payment. So unhappy. Would not recommend whatsoever!

Spent a wonderful traditional Italian a afternoon great food very attentive staff reasonable priced thanks one of my family's favourite and fun places to be. When my friends come they say what a gem and say how relaxed they feel a home from home.

Delicious Sunday lunch with friends. Staff very attentive. Great atmosphere. Very busy so obviously popular. Would definitely return.

Great Italian food. If you are a tourist try to go in a bit of an off time, between 2pm and 5pm, the place will be very quite..
