We booked a table to celebrate the New Years lunch here, and we were not disappointed. It's cuisine is local, there is nothing fancy in the menu but all dishes are cooked to perfection, really tasty and nice, and the quantity is more than what you would eat anyway.. Desserts are also homemade and very good, we thoroughly enjoyed having lunch there and will be back if we are around. Don't forget to book as it looks like locals know the quality of the place and hence there are loads of regular clients!!

This is a great country restaurant with nice simple mountain food. The tortilla in particular is very very good here. Friendly welcome, extremely accommodating for kids and nice rustic atmosphere. The only thing I did not like was the drive up from the valley in heavy snow... Highly recommended if in the area.

Very friendly service, good quality wines at reasonable prices and amazing local food. The tortilla and trinchat are great starters and the trio of sausages and secreto are very good mains. The civet of venison was too rich for me. And for the best golen yellow creme catalan or creme aranesa save some room.

Casa Peru serves incredible quality Aranese mountain food. Located in the village of Bagergue, it is the perfect choice for a traditional experience. Excellent service. The tortilla de patatas is an absolute must!

Mountain food that is really authentic not for the picky eater! but rather good quality food and friendly service. Location is not easy to find, but it is in a cute little village
