when we went to this restaurant first it was upon invitation by an Asturian friend, otherwise we would probably not have found it! We were really fed up with all those turist traps disguised as either traditional or sophisticated restaurants that one finds in Llanes. For this reason we are particularly happy to have found this gem! The restaurant itself is plain and decorated with a homely taste, it seems to be family run. Food is good, really good, especially fish.It is always better to ask for the menu of the day, it is cheaper and service is faster. They also have daily specials that are not on the menu. The prices are honest. We go back every time we find ourselves in the area.

This place was fun to visit. It’s a cosy restaurant and the menu was simple but good. We loved the fried monkfish to start although the Filet steak was white meat which was a little different. While food was tasty the service was comically slow. The person who serves you doesn’t seem to take an order and the person you order from doesn’t serve. If you want to enjoy some olive oil with your bread best reserve when you book to ensure it shows up on time. Apart from that a nice place and price was fair for the quality of food .... just be prepared for relaxed service.

We found this place while driving on the old road in the area one day on our way back to Niembro from Ribadesella a few years ago. We like to try new places so we went back that night. That was a great idea. This is a very simple little place, but they serve up fantastic food. It's been pretty quiet every time we have been back, but still has amazing food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat somewhere a little more out of the way. But be warned, unless you know where it is it can be hard to find. So drive slow and keep your eyes pealed.

Impecable attention And service , i reccomend sitting On the terrace which has pleasant views over green near a stream The rey fish we enjoyed was delicious as was the paella on our second visit , washed down on both occasions by a super elegant Enate unoaked Chardonnay . Not cheap but worth every cent and can't wait to return
