Casa Polastro was an incredibly pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, perfect for both a casual dinner and a special occasion. The dishes are amazing! You can tell there’s real care in every detail, from the presentation to the flavors. I tried several items on the menu and was blown away by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. A truly delicious experience, with the house specialties living up to their reputation. Had a great first time experience at Casa Pollastro. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well prepared. The experience was explained step by step so we knew what to expect. The menu also does a great job of letting you know which items are going to arrive in which stages. I went with my 11 year old daughter and can confirm that it's A LOT of food. You can get boxes to take items home which is nice but I would recommend coming with another adult. I personal think everything that was presented was worth trying. Many of the dishes were new to me or had spins on classics that kept the flavors exciting and mouth watering. 10/10 would go again.

The Best Restaurant in the metro area. From the food fresh cook to the service which is incompatible with any other place you've ever been. The atmosphere is very elegant and classy. If I could give the a 10 or a 100 I would. This Brazilian restaurant is different and in a different level. From the manager walking around to the waitress and waiters making sure you're happy and stuffed. Ya'll need to go and enjoy quality all around service.

Don't question if you should come here, it is a must! The service is by far the best service I have ever had! Mateo was our server and was very helpful explaining the menu and always checking back on us. The food was delicious and you could taste the quality in every dish! We were astounded by the sheer amount of food. Not only was there so much to try, it was all exquisite. Our server, Jack, took excellent care of us.

Nice restaurant. Great service. Food was only good. Pasta and galetos came out luke warm. Pasta was a little bland. Everything else was pretty good.
