We had not long landed so feeling a bit jaded after sorting out the metro and all that comes with it, ventured out for a few drinks and were sat in a bar opposite when we noticed the Italian restaurant, I love Italian and my partner and I had yet to have an Italian together :-) what can I say the food was delicious and huge portions too, nothing was too much trouble. The hospitality was second to none and we were made to feel part of the family, even the chef came out and checked we were happy. When we got our bill we were pleasantly surprised as so reasonable and we even had a few complementary shots ( not quite sure what they were lol ) would definitely visit again.
Stumbled upon this place looking for a pizza as a nice safe option, unfortunately due to my bad French and foolishly attempting to be adventurous I ended up with a daily special of tortellini.Reading the other reviews I should have guessed that it's not in a particularly touristy area so a few locals inside but not easy to communicate with my pigeon French so it was a little tricky. The dish I ended up with was ok albeit not quite what I was expecting!Otherwise the general atmosphere was fine and a typical Italian menu - I did get slightly envious of the take-away pizzas being boxed up - another time maybe...

We met up with friends in Paris after registration for the marathon. Every restaurant and cafe was bursting at the seams. Casa Roma managed to fit the nine of us in. The pizzas were huge and arrived quickly. The children had calzones which they thought were delicious and huge! Well done to the two staff on today. One waiter and the chef did a fantastic job with so many people. Lunch for nine was reasonably priced too.

This was near our hotel at Chateau Landon Metro station and the food was delicious -- we had the four cheese pasta and the mushroom pasta. The bread bowl was scrumptious. The only downside, for us anyway, was that the portions were massive and we could barely get through half. Otherwise, a very nice restaurant and pleasant, friendly staff. Recommended!
The portions are very generous and flavorful. The focaccia is really good. Wine prices very reasonable.
