Como invitado en el hotel decidimos comer aquí un par de veces. El lunes ofrecieron un BBQ Grill Buffet, así que por qué no! era encantador, la comida era perfecta y las bebidas realmente recomendaron la salchicha! deliciosa selección (no cocinaba suficiente comida a la vez) de ensaladas de carnes y postres! También optamos por el Menú de Cata cuando nos registramos para la noche del jueves. cuando llegamos fuimos recibidos con el primer curso, croquetas de pescado y queso. Estábamos sentados afuera, que era encantador mientras el sol estaba sentado, muy romántico. Al salir el resto del menú, se rellenó nuestra bebida, se dio pan extra. Diré que fuimos rellenos por la cuarta, por supuesto. h...
We stayed at a nearby hotel with a great atmosphere but decided to try this hotel bar. All staff were extremely miserable ignored us at the 1st floor bar. Eventually told us to go 9th floor bar with the same miserable tone. Arrived at 9th floor bar. A member of staff again miserable told us wait 5 minutes... eventually a jolly bartender arrived and served us drinks. Whilst sitting there having had only a few sips he came back and politely asked us to leave in front of other customers as we had a 5 year old with us. The vibe was very cold and it was a humiliating experience. This is one of the most miserable unwelcoming places on the island and best avoided. I will never again visit any estab...
Este era el restaurante del hotel en el que nos hospedamos. Desayunamos aquí en varias ocasiones. Una amplia variedad de opciones incluyendo estación de omelettes, continental caliente y frío, yogures y frutas, jugos, cafés y tés y panes. El bar de snacks junto a la piscina también es atendido por este restaurante. Una vez más, toda la comida que tuvimos aquí fue excelente. Cenamos aquí dos veces, una de las cuales fue un paquete romántico después de nuestro reciente compromiso. En ambas ocasiones la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes. Un agradecimiento especial a Alberto y Ruben, quienes siempre estaban de buen humor y nos hacían sentir muy bienvenidos.
Acabo de regresar a Suecia después de pasar una semana en el hotel Servatur Casablanca. Nunca he experimentado ningún mejor restaurante. El desayuno contenía todo y más. Pan fresco, huevos en todas sus formas, tocino, jamón, queso, fruta fresca, café, un jugo de naranja recién exprimido y diferentes pasteles. Por la noche había muchos platos diferentes para elegir. Aperitivo, plato principal y postre. Una de las noches nos sirvieron una cena de siete platos, que comenzó con cava y aperitivos. El personal era increíblemente agradable. Este increíble restaurante tiene que ser experimentado. Lo da y sus sorprendentes marcas de personal.

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at the servatur Casablanca that this restaurant and bar is attached to. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection to keep us happy for the two weeks and importantly no hidden extras to pay for. For €22 we had a lovely three course al a-carte meal. We stopped at the bar most evening after a night out. The cocktails were gorgeous and made in front of us. At a comparable price to those found in the town. I developed a taste for the gin they had there. A big shout out to Alberto who introduced me to the said gin. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there it was indeed a bar to chill out in.
Recientemente me hospedé en el hotel Castillo Del Sol al lado y decidí entrar para tomar una copa. El hotel se veía muy bonito y acogedor. Después de esperar por más de 5 minutos en la barra, apareció un camarero miserable. Dijo hola y luego fue a su caja registradora para procesar alrededor de 10 recibos. Estábamos parados pensando por qué no nos estaba atendiendo. Mi esposo decidió no quedarse, así que nos alejamos y luego el camarero preguntó si queríamos algo. Amablemente respondí que pensé que era un bar, pero no hay problema, iremos a otro lugar, a lo que él murmuró algo en respuesta... ¡hombre grosero y no volveremos!
Lovely, clean restaurant. Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and sets you up for the day. We were half board and the food is very good in the evening. 2 nights are themed, we had Japanese and BBQ, the rest of the time its 'a la carte '. There is a good variety of choice but the menu didn 't change and I think if you are there for 2 weeks you might get bored with it. My only other comment would be that the food is rarely hot, just seemed to be lukewarm most of the time. I did send one meal back but it wasn 't much hotter when I got it back. The staff are second to none, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble!
Recientemente tuvimos una estadía de 2 semanas y no podemos recomendar lo suficiente al personal del restaurante. En particular, nos llevamos muy bien con Alberto. Alberto se esforzó por ayudarnos y asistirnos, tiene un sentido del humor muy travieso y siempre está alegre. La comida era muy buena, aunque la única desventaja era que el menú era muy repetitivo. Tres días eran de buffet y cuatro días de menú fijo, que no cambiaba, lo cual estaba bien la primera semana pero un poco aburrido la segunda. El desayuno era un buffet todos los días con mucha variedad para elegir.

We are presently staying here and the food at The Club is fantastic. The breakfast is everything you could possibly need the choices are amazing. The evening meals are excellent the choice, presentation, standard and service you will find hard to beat. I would highly recommend The Club if you want first class food and first class service from the best staff I have ever come across.
Enjoyed a reallly good meal here but the Chill Out Bar is a bit expensive but you do get a sweetie with your drink! The staff are really friendly and helpful.
