This restaurant is difficult to get to in the dark evening and once we arrived it was very unclear where to park. The receptionist did not have our reservation! I did have a confirmation e-mail that saved the day. A word to the wise, if...you make a reservation whether trough the internet, phone or email always make sure you have a confirmation number. It is all about that special evening you have been thinking about: friends/family with good food and geat views over the gulf of Porto Vecchio. You will be welcomed in a luxury hotel (to be renovated soon I understand), on a terrace with sunset views...over Porto Vecchio. Personnel is very attentive, and the food is surprising and creative, with a distinct Italian bias.There are menus a la carte option. Went here for a special family and friends dinner as a surprise. The food was good but I was extremely surprised to hear afterwards that it was two stars as the food was no match to other two stars I have dined at. Service was...nice, but flawed. Two of our party asked to not have raw meat but were served a replacement dish of rare duck, no comment was made that the food was not eaten. The deserts were superb.

An exclusive destination with a price to match but one they deserve to charge. It means you should expect high standards and they generally live up to them. We ate in the grill not the michelin starred restaurant. Great and friendly service, stunning setting, good...food.

Exceptional service, exceptional food, exceptional views. It was a fine dining experience worth the hefty bill. We even got to meet the sweetest chef Fabio Baragagnolo and his team. That was our best food experience in Corsica.
We had a reservation in the formal dining room. The service was top-notch. The staff was extremely attentive. We enjoyed many courses and each one had an unique and memorable taste. The lamb entree was the most outstanding!
