Casalegno's Country Store

A lovely stopping place on old San Jose Rd. Gardner brewed up a lovely espresso and served up some yummy nut&seed bread. Great vintage treasures to browse while I drank my coffee. Worth a stop Ona wonderful mountain road. Looking forward to grabbing a savory biscuit when my timing improves (they were still in the oven… I will be back

Reminded me of country store across the street from my grandparents where my cousins and I purchased 10cent Eskimo Pies! So nostalgic! Delish muffins homemade by proprietor's husband. Can't wait to stop again!!
