Casanova Restaurant And Wine Bar

Visited yesterday night again, probably for the 10th time since they opened for drinks and snacks. I can say by far,the blonde lady from the bar(i forgot her name)makes the tastiest best cocktails we had until now in Sheffield. We talked to her before and she personalised a martini which was fabulous(tiramisu martini). Also,we had pizza which was so good and it felt like Italy,bringing back amazing memories. Overall,the new Casanova is a place worth trying and an amasing addition to Sheffield. Well done to the owners for the vibrant place and compliments to the amazing staff that goes miles above to make sure you really have the best experience.

Service was very slow. I ordered the vegan stuffed pasta with almond crumble, topped with cream sauce and fresh asparagus. Since it's marked vegan on the menu, I assumed this would be a vegan cream. The dish I received wasn't as described on the menu as there was no cream sauce and no asparagus. Someone explained to me that to make the dish vegan they remove the sauce, and that the asparagus is inside the pasta. The pasta was cold and uncooked in places. Therefore I couldn't recommend this place sadly.

Lovely new menu, loads of choices, excellent drinks, quick and prompt service! Staff members are lovely, even if you not sure what would you fancy to eat, you can get a friendly advice. Best Italian spot in Sheffield I must say! Even if you just want to pop in for a drink atmosphere is really warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Sadly we were the only group in for most of our visit. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was beautifully presented and tasty. Lovely decor.
