What a disappointment... We came last summer the kitchen was excellent, local, and the Corsican recipes. This year's change of owner and chief... We ate some swollen chicken with a recipe I can make at home... When we expressed our disappointment to the owner, he replied that he was not there to make Corsican cuisine, nor the local...
