Cascada Restaurante & Casntina

We've tried this restaurant twice and both times disappointed. The service is always missing and the food is very dirty. Yesterday evening we went after a movie and it was close to the closing time, so we asked the lady to sit down if we could still order food she assured us it was okay. Apparently our server felt different. He was very rude and even though there were at least four more tables, he wanted us out. He even took away our chips and salsa before he gave us the check. He wouldn't even talk to us. Very rude. We will never return. They would think to fight with so many restaurants to stay open, they would appreciate any business. It's really that this place is so high rated. I guess it's because of customer service and beautiful place because the most basic product is not good. The food is not good at all. Lack of wort, and it seems to be honest that it comes from frozen goods. And the worst are the prices. We paid $100 for two dishes that tasted like they came from Costco refrigerators. The Mahi mahi was extremely dry and it didn't even taste like this fish. Beans were bad, rice was okay. Drinks are good. Place is beautiful, but I would never go back. They must increase their quality in food.

The service was really good, but the food was not very tasteful. Pretty simple Mexican cuisine. That's why we found it for what it is. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. Staff here are above to ensure that you are visited.

Amazing food and service. Our waitress was Carol, she was incredibly sweet and very faint. She definitely let me come back. She definitely deserves the big tip we gave her after our meal.

Stopped here on our way back from Lake Tahoe. We had a party of 22 and they were really accommodating. The food and service was great.
