On way home to Brighton after having a short break in Bristol for wife 's birthday and stopped in Bath for some lunch. Quickly looked online and saw this place and thought it would fit the bill. Arrived about 12ish and managed to get a table. Ordered the orange, ginger and carrot juice along with the salmon aka carrot and cream cheese on toast followed by carrot cake. All 3 were delicious and hit the spot. Looked and tasted great and very fresh. Service was warm and friendly. Would recommend anyone to eat here. A great way to showcase how great Vegan food can be. Keep up the good work.
We went to CASCARA for a late lunch and we both enjoyed a tofu scramble wrap. It was flavorful and a little spicy from the Sriracha. The side salad is a nice touch and tasted fresh. We also shared a slice of the blueberry loaf and it was delicious albeit very sweet. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy. It probably pairs nicely with coffee. The service was very friendly as well.
Una joya completamente vegana en el bullicioso corazón de Bath que ofrece algo para todos. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para traer a tus amigos y familiares que aún no son veganos, para demostrar que las plantas son increíblemente deliciosas! Mi hijo de tres años salió lleno hasta el tope de verduras nutritivas y potenció su jugo fresco.
The perfect vegan café and the most friendly staff! Food was excellent and coffee was out of this world. I 100% recommend this beautiful café to anyone I know who's going to bath. It has an excellent vibe and definitely worth the visit. I couldn't be happier to have visited such a gem :

quirky bohemian all feel good and drinks served with a smile. we had an espresso specialty coffee shop), which mama said was fab and I had a pumpkin and curkuma tee with a lyn aubergine and pesto sourteig toastie. really delicious ..
Cascara es un café vegano y tienen unos platos y café increíbles. Esto es lo que pedimos: Tostada con crema de queso de ‘salmón’ ahumado, Wrap de revuelto de tofu, y Flat White Americano. ¿Ves el salmón entre comillas? ¡Jaja!
Los baristas ni siquiera pueden hacer un simple café con leche helado, en cambio te dan un café aguado tibio... No lo recomiendo.
Nos encanta pasar por Cascara. Es un lugar donde nuestro hijo puede elegir lo que quiera comer de todos los deliciosos manjares.
