I had an employee swear at me for asking to put in my rewards number. When I said I planned to report him to cooperate he swore at me again. I went outside to my vehicle to google the number to cooperate and the people behind the register started flicking me off n pointing at me out the window. While on the phone to cooperate some Black guy comes walking over to my vehicle and reaches into my vehicle to try to take the keys out of the ignition. I had to get out the passenger door while hanging up from cooperates to dial 911! He was yelling claiming to work for Casey?s but was not wearing anything that identified as an employee, was in shorts! I seriously fear for everyone?s safety that goes...
I wasn't aware that there was an issue until I left. The woman at the counter seemed uninformed. I asked if the person preparing the food was available, and she said she thought he was on break. When I inquired about how long he'd be gone, she replied that she didn't know because they weren't allowed to leave the store. Typically, coworkers would communicate better in these situations. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning.

I love your coffee, pastries, and service, which I often enjoy thanks to Casey. However, during my recent trip, I tried to find cleaner supplies for my windows twice but was unable to. They had them in stock, but all were marked as being 250 miles away. It seems like a corporate brand issue, which makes it difficult to get another one.

I had some time to kill so I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich.. Sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant.. Its a very good sandwich and the help was great and efficient...
This store is horrible!! The staff actually assaulted a customer in the parking lot!! I hope this store gets shut down! It gives all Casey?s a bad name!!
