Casi Cielo - Reserva de mesa

Lulu was our server, and I can confidently say that I will be requesting her every time I visit from now on. She was friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job explaining the menu. Thanks to her, I looked like a hero to my out-of-state buyers for choosing this restaurant. The food was delicious, but it was the outstanding service that truly made it a five-star-plus experience—something you rarely find these days. To top it all off, Lulu surprised us with a delightful cheesecake to share, complete with a festive sparkler to celebrate my clients’ new home. Thank you so much, Lulu and the entire team at Casi Cielo!

We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and unfortunately, they brought the wrong cake to our table. My husband took a bite before the waitress came by and took it away, explaining that they had to throw it out instead of letting us keep it, even though it was their mistake. I found that quite strange; they should have just let us have it. Additionally, the waitress was wearing her mask and spoke so quickly that we could barely understand her. The noise level was also higher than we remembered from our previous visits. We’ve been there before and had much better service, so we were disappointed this time around.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Our server was well-versed in the menu and provided detailed explanations of the dishes. The atmosphere was modern and inviting. We also enjoyed some fantastic cocktails. I was pleasantly surprised to try octopus at a Mexican restaurant; it was incredibly tasty, perfectly seasoned, and tender. We ordered duck, steak, cauliflower, and grilled shrimp, and everything was cooked to perfection. This was our first visit, and we were very pleased with our entire experience.

We had an incredible experience at the restaurant! The server was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We ventured out of our comfort zone and loved everything we tried. The cocktails were outstanding, especially the Smokey Old Fashion, which was beautifully presented. Food is AMAZING! The aguachile is just delicious, the attention is great and the food is very tasty. Have been there a few times and I would recommend the restaurant. I would advise you to call and make reservations since it's usually crowded/full.

We had a fantastic experience at Casi Cielo. Drinks, appetizer, and dinner were all amazing and our server was so helpful and polite. Atmosphere was great for a quiet dinner or even a fun dinner with friends.
