Caspar's - Reservar una mesa

Tischreservierung gut 1 Woche vor Besuch des Restaurants mit Hinweis auf Geburtstag meines Mannes. Aufgrund der Reha bereits 18:30 Uhr im Restaurant. Waren zu viert sehr angetan vom Ambiente und vom guten Start des Servicepersonals. Wählten a la carte aus - das Essen war sehr gut, aber leider ließ der zahlreich vertretene Service von Gang zu Gang nach☹. Nach Bestellung eines Espressos waren wir anscheinend unsichtbar, Es würde kein noch vorhandener Wein nachgeschenkt, Kein Wasser. Auf die angeforderte Rechnung warteten wir ca 15 Minuten. Als Entschuldigung für mangelnde Aufmerksamkeit gab es einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen - war der Vermerk Geburtstag vielleicht doch noch aufgefallen? Ein gu...

the personal is not very attentive, as in the rest of the hotel. they are not well trained and do not understand what service means. Eating is okay, nothing special - less than what they would expect and feel in a hotel this look. there's nothing better. in the antid restaurant wise, so likely that they think they don't have to work hard.

room decoration is in order, personal is friendly, eating was average, so it was too expensive overall. I guess it's more for half board guests of the hotel than external guests for a quick lunch (I was the only guest on the afternoon!

I just ate breakfast here. in warm weather they can dine outside. it is a self-service buffet in the adjacent room. everything is delicious. the personal is attentive if not friendly. they are in Germany.

High-class cuisine, excellent service by the lady manager and their well-trained staff. elegant wine list.
